Classes "Active in pregnancy", are tailored to the needs and capabilities of women in each trimester of pregnancy. The items include Pilates, Body Ball and breathing exercises. The aim of these classes is to maintain the best form during those special nine months, as well as ensuring an increase in tolerance to effort, which really helps during childbirth.
