Short training in a few minutes, which gives perfect results, it is the dream of every person that cares about the condition.
Tabata training significantly improves aerobic (oxygen) and anaerobic (oxygen-free) compared to training of low and medium intensity. According to the research training of this type of high intensity is an effective way to burn fat and turning up the metabolism. Practicing in this way allows you to burn more fat than traditional aerobic exercise. This is possible through the continued training after the completion of the increased metabolism of fatty acids. This process can take up to several hours after the completion of training during which fat is burned faster, even though we do not already exercise.
The principle is simple - we exercise for 20 seconds and relax for 10. We make eight such series. Within 20 seconds of work we do as many repetitions of one exercise, as much as we can as soon as possible. Most important thing is the selection of exercises that engage as many muscle of our body. Training can be done both at home and in the gym. Of course, we do at least a 5 minute warm up and 5 minutes after exercise to relax.
