ELEMENTS OF YOGA In TRAINING INDIVIDUAL - MOBILITY FOR strength exercises DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKSHOP: The workshop is aimed mainly at people involved in physical activity - people who practice sport amateur and professional, coaches, trainers, physical therapists, During the workshop, we will focus primarily on the use of yoga as a tool in preparing the motor. The starting point will be movement patterns used in the basic strength workout (ex. The squat, bench press, etc.). We learn to use the assistance of a strictly "jogowych" - such as belts, blocks, but also to find a replacement in the form of equipment commonly found in gyms. Additionally, we confront each other with two different approaches - SMR (self myofascial release - automasaż fascia) and yoga, to show how they can complement each other, giving a completely new quality of work with the body.
