Meet our coaching staff

Our team consists of incurable sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts! They infect with good energy and motivate our Clients to work on themselves. If you are just beginning your adventure with the gym, you’ve come to the right place, our specialists will help you get started, will match the exercises to your needs and abilities, and will instruct you how to do them properly.

If you already have experience in training at the gym, our trainers will be happy to show you new sets of exercises that will diversify your training. Our coaching team is something that distinguishes us – trainers are available to our clients throughout the duration of the membership, every day.

Individual training plan

We will conduct an initial interview with you, assess your physical condition and develop a workout tailored to your abilities and expectations.

Safety of training

We will explain to you the technical aspects of the exercise and check their proper performance.
Our trainers are always present in the gym.

Constant monitoring of training progress

We will accompany you in achieving your training goals. We will measure progress on the modern TANITA analyzer and together with you we will analyze the results.

In our clubs, the TANITA body composition analyzer is available.

I am a graduate of the Jan Długosz Academy in Częstochowa, with major in Physical Education. Sport is not only my work, but also my passion and my way of life. I started my adventure with sport by playing football. I currently play American Football and based on this discipline I build my strength and endurance. During studies, I did a fitness instructor course, a gymnastics instructor course, a muscle electrostimulation trainer course, and I started a special purposes training for uniformed services. I constantly expand my knowledge regarding different physical activities. If you need a diversified training, are preparing for competitions, a match, you want to improve your figure, endurance, or just get some exercise for your health, you're welcome to come to my training or class!

Hello, I am a personal trainer specialized in martial arts, functional training and cross training. I graduated from the Jan Długosz Academy in Częstochowa, majoring in Physical Education. My adventure with sport started for real when I was 15 and enrolled for MMA trainings, and it has lasted ever since. I have fought in many amateur fights and also during professional galas. I'm an ambitious person, I constantly extend my knowledge about different types of trainings. I am a master of physical education by education. Studies at the University of Physical Education allowed the love of sport to become a profession and a way of life, and a huge database of knowledge and skills - on the systematics of knowledge and its appropriate orientation. They also caused a habit of development, constant search, training and improvement of their skills. My professional experience goes back to various forms of physical activity in all age groups: from learning from scratch, movement recreation, correction of postural defects, weight reduction and improvement in body shape and musculature. However, sports training is my favorite form because it is a complex process that forces constant rising to the heights of its psychophysical abilities, shapes character, teaches regularity and persistent pursuit of the goal.
