Our team consists of incurable sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts! They infect with good energy and motivate our Clients to work on themselves. If you are just beginning your adventure with the gym, you’ve come to the right place, our specialists will help you get started, will match the exercises to your needs and abilities, and will instruct you how to do them properly.

If you already have experience in training at the gym, our trainers will be happy to show you new sets of exercises that will diversify your training. Our coaching team is something that distinguishes us – trainers are available to our clients throughout the duration of the membership, every day.

Specialization: Gym instructor, athletics instructor Education / experience: A student of medical biotechnology at the Pomeranian Medical University It started with ...: Sport in my life has been hosted from an early age. And this is due to the parents - trainers and teachers of physical education who infected me with their passion and love for sport. As a little girl, I used to run after them for training, I went to camps until I became a competitor myself. Initially, I trained in athletics, which I practiced until I was 16, and then I went to the Championship School of Sport to train volleyball. It was there that I first encountered strength training, which became an inseparable element of my training plan, and later helped in the fight against numerous injuries. Style: I am a supporter of a systematic, quite heavy, and at the same time individualized and tailored training system for each client. How do I work: When working with a client, I focus primarily on enabling the mentee to reach his goal in order to get joy and satisfaction from every training done. I support him mentally and I care that the improvement of physical skills goes hand in hand with mental health and the increase of faith in his own abilities.

Specialty : Certified personal trainer/Cross Training Instructor EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: I am a student of Management and Economics, but it is separated part of my life. Since my childhood I have been sport passionate. Currently I am Brazilian jiu jitsu contestant. Until I was 19 I used to train athletics and since 2014 I have been practicing martial arts. I have been connected with Calypso Fitness Szczecin as a personal trainer, gym instructor and cross training instructor. IT ALL STARTED WITH: My adventure with sport started at the age of 15 and it was integral part of my preparation to national and international competitions. Due to the gym I shaped and toned my body, which used to have boundries. Today I am aware that strength training gives the best results in any sport discipline. STYLE: People associate me with hard work. I keenly share the knowledge I obtained with my clients and I instil my involvement in them. I also prove that doing sport is not only exhaustion but also great fun. HOW DO I WORK?: Training should be a springboard for everyday life. I encourage my clients to overcome their barriers, which make them say „I don’t like” or „I can’t” because the loser is the one who doesn’t try and regular work guarantees effects.

Experience / Education: Arranging and conducting strength training with different levels of advancement for women and men of all ages. Planning and constructing cardio-interval training, making dietary plans and supplementation. Continuous development in terms of improving stability, mobility, endurance and strength, as well as training towards a diet. I love novelties from the world of sport and fitness. Where did it start? When I was 13 years old, my classmate persuaded me to train, then in a typically male discipline that is wrestling, there I discovered that despite the filigree stature I have more strength than my peers. This experience has given me wings and motivated me so much that for the next years, until now I am inseparable from sport. I went through martial arts, endurance and strength training, running. How does she work? I am an avid lover of peripheral and interval training in various forms as well as strength training with the use of primarily free weights, as well as auxiliary equipment such as: bosu, fit ball, resistance rubbers. I am a creative coach, I can arrange a workout adapted to most conditions, thanks to which my pupils never get bored. First of all, training is to be a pleasure, besides the poured sweat and the effort put on the client's face, a smile appears. This gives me great motivation and satisfaction. This is a very important aspect for me as a trainer. Through my openness to people, I quickly establish a connection, I always listen to clients' needs, advise, look for the best and effective solutions on my way to a jointly planned goal. I do not let go, I infect the others with positive energy and optimism.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Specialization: Certyfikowany Trener Personalny / Bodybuilding Instructor; In addition, I graduated from the University of Szczecin in the field of Politology, but private life and then professional life connected me with sport and motorization. Having such interests from 2015, I took up training and cooperation with players from various sports disciplines. STARTED FROM: The sport has accompanied me from an early age. My beginnings with sport is first of all a karate adventure. It taught me the regularity, perseverance and consistency in training. This sport has shown me that if I want to achieve something it is always possible. That is why I try to approach everything I do with determination and commitment. At the age of 14, I first came to a local gym and since then my sport has been constantly accompanying me. During over 20 years of practicing sports, I tried my strength in such disciplines as karate, cycling, powerlifting and motocross. STYLE: Knowledge, practice and experience that I have and the ability and willingness to communicate this to others makes people interested in training willingly cooperate with me. HOW DO I WORK: I approach my work with great commitment and expect the same from my clients. It is important to work with another human being to create a plan and to implement it consistently, so I try to infect clients with my enthusiasm and introduce an element of competition in the trainings they perform. For many, training is often a desire to test yourself, but also a challenge that can make a lot of fun and cause that the goal you set will be achieved.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: A graduate of Physical Education with a specialization instructor in athletics at the Faculty of Physical Culture and Health Promotion of the University of Szczecin. Former player of the handball and basketball team and a recent athlete in long jump. STARTED FROM: As the only one from the family, passionate about sport and from an early age associated with physical activity. Multiple medalist. Career of a competitor of various sports disciplines allowed me to gain experience, which I would like to use now on the coaching side. Active practicing strength sports, in which I put in elements of calisthenics and hobbyist personal training resulted in my maturity to combine passion with profession. Hungry to gain knowledge, motivated to act and achieve further sports goals. STYLE: Motor preparation and general physical fitness is the basis of my training. In addition to the basic element of lifting weights, a simple form of movement is very important to me, such as running, jumping or throwing. HOW DO I WORK: Not only that I help to pour out sweat, lift out countless weights and overcome barriers of one’s own weaknesses, then after training you will find support in me as a motivator, listener and companion.
