The fitness club in Szczecin is located in the Majowe district – Dąbie Forest is located near the gym. It is a peaceful, picturesque and full of green surroundings distant about 11 km from the center, 4 km from the Szczecin Zdroje railway station and 1.7 km from the Szczecin International Fair. By car, the Family Allotment Gardens and other recreational areas are reachable within a few minutes.

The gym is equipped with all modern amenities, including a spacious aerobics room, strength and cardio training equipment, a functional training zone, a room for stationary bikes (power bikes). The club also organizes numerous activities – more or less intensive, depending on the level of sophistication of the participants. It is worth using them depending on your purpose – it can be fat burning (such as on trampolines), modeling specific body parts (buttocks, abdomen), as well as improving the overall condition (like fit body workout).
