Meet our coaching staff

Our team consists of incurable sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts! They infect with good energy and motivate our Clients to work on themselves. If you are just beginning your adventure with the gym, you’ve come to the right place, our specialists will help you get started, will match the exercises to your needs and abilities, and will instruct you how to do them properly.

If you already have experience in training at the gym, our trainers will be happy to show you new sets of exercises that will diversify your training. Our coaching team is something that distinguishes us – trainers are available to our clients throughout the duration of the membership, every day.

I graduated in Cognitive Science of Communication at the University of Szczecin. I am currently studying dietetics in a post-secondary school. Since I was a child, I have tried my hand at various sports, specifically Karate and Muay Thai. A few years ago, I discovered my passion, which is strength training. Over time, I was more and more interested in this kind of physical activity and the field of dietetics. For a few years, I have been expanding my knowledge about training and diet. I have completed a course for a Personal Trainer at the Sports Championship Academy, which provided me with even more valuable knowledge. I love sports. I love to practice and pass on my passion, knowledge and good energy. I approach each person individually. In my opinion, the training is to be primarily safe and enjoyable, to please the client. I base my training mainly on functional exercises, mostly performed with free weights, but also on exercises using own body weight. It is important to love training and not just look at the effects. Regularity is something that will bring the effects. Do you want to achieve your fitness goal? I will help you with pleasure!

I am a graduate of Physical Education at the University of Szczecin. From the earliest years I was raised in the ethos of sport; I have comprehensive knowledge gained in practice as well as on numerous training courses. In training, I use barbs, weights, and the body weight. Aesthetic body and functional strength are the best proof of the effectiveness of the training methods I use. I promote physical culture by raising awareness that sport is a life-long adventure.

With great commitment, I help my charges to achieve their desired physical condition and body, while supporting and motivating them.
