Meet our coaching staff

Our team consists of incurable sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts! They infect with good energy and motivate our Clients to work on themselves. If you are just beginning your adventure with the gym, you’ve come to the right place, our specialists will help you get started, will match the exercises to your needs and abilities, and will instruct you how to do them properly.

If you already have experience in training at the gym, our trainers will be happy to show you new sets of exercises that will diversify your training. Our coaching team is something that distinguishes us – trainers are available to our clients throughout the duration of the membership, every day.

We will conduct an initial interview with you, assess your physical condition and develop a workout tailored to your abilities and expectations.

Safety of training

We will explain to you the technical aspects of the exercise and check their proper performance.
Our trainers are always present in the gym.

Constant monitoring of training progress

We will accompany you in achieving your training goals. We will measure progress on the modern TANITA analyzer and together with you we will analyze the results.

Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, Powerlifting Instructor. Winner of the II place in the Academic Championships of Warsaw and Mazovian Voivodeship in the Powerlifting in 2016. I specialize in functional and strength training. Each person is different, so I customize the workouts individually, considering the posture defects, damage of musculoskeletal system and muscular disproportions.

My life is my passion and I've been holding on to this since forever. My adventure with sport started the moment I went to primary school-this was when I fell for basketball. A team sport that taught me humility, enjoying the victory, and drawing conclusions from the failures, as well as seeing people while you're headed for your goal. Gym training was a natural process while getting fit to play in the field, but it was also nice work in pursuit of a perfect figure. Sometimes it was harder and it was a struggle, but this is why I became a personal trainer and physiotherapist, so that based on my mistakes I can make this way as nice for YOU as possible. An MA in Physical Education specialized in aerobics, swimming and bodybuilding. Sport has always been her life. She cannot sit tight. She has been involved in professional dancing for many years. Finalist of the sixth edition of You Can Dance and a choreographer for this show and also for Small Giants, Poland’s got talent and I love you, Poland. Since 2011 a dance performer in the programs X Factor, the Voice of Poland, Kuba Wojewódzki Show, Dancing with the Stars, What melody is it and many more. Currently, apart from working as a dance instructor and choreographer, she's very active in the field of personal training in Calypso. Apart from sport she's interested in cosmetics, singing and dog training. Next time you hear a hit song coming from under the shower you will know it's her, and don't be surprised if she brings her Labrador to your personal training :P

My name is Mateusz Popiołek. I have been involved in sports since my earliest years. I started my adventure from athletics, mainly long distance running. The many medals I won and my achievements motivated me to continue working on myself and my personal development. I focused on rugby. I've been doing it for six years, playing in the Rugby Club Orkan Sochaczew on a regular basis. I am also a member of the Junior national team. I played for the Polish team of Rugby Seniors 7. What matters in this sport, apart from the technique and dynamics, is strength. Training in the field developed agility and endurance, and combined with gym training they inspired my new passion which I would like to infect others with. During training I try to share as much knowledge as I can with my clients, and describe how to effectively apply different training methods. I focus on my development all the time.
