Squash is a dynamic game that influences the improvement in general health and fitness – helps with sculpting a slim, flexible body – and in physical and mental state. Before playing we suggest performing an intense warm-up, which will minimize the risk of injury. A quick pace and strong, decisive ball hits make squash a sport where you can not only let go of negative emotions, but also burn even 900 kcal during a single game.
After the game we recommend using equipment that will allow you to strengthen abdominal and back muscles, and also performing relaxing and stretching exercises. We encourage a moment of rest and relaxation in the sauna as well.
Rules for using the court:
Players can enter the court only in sports shoes with a bright and non-marking sole. The only type of shoes with black soles that is allowed on the courts is the one with the indication: “non-marking”.
Cancellation of the court will be recognized only if it takes place no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
Due to the safety of players, we recommend the rental of safety goggles (cost: PLN 3/1 hour), which protect the eye area from hitting a ball or racket.
