O klubie Calypso Fitness Łomianki

The gym in Łomianki is equipped with an aerobics room, a professional cardio and free weight zone, as well as a functional one, and also a Finnish sauna and a Kids Play playground. We will advise the best activities for you – depending on your condition, skills and the effect you want to achieve. Calisthenics is strength training – exercises are based on the use of your own body weight, engage all muscle parts, improve coordination and overall fitness and agility.

The club is located in Łomianki near Warsaw, near such districts as Tarchomin or Bielany. The Kampinos National Park is located in the vicinity of the club.
