Do you want to improve your fitness? Be active and sign up for personal training or selected group classes – including Pilates. During training, sets of exercises are performed to achieve balance in the body, combining them with learning how to breathe properly. The effects are surprising – improving endurance and strength, reducing the risk of injury, and reducing excessive muscle tone are just a few examples.
For women expecting a child, Pregnant Form classes are held, and young mothers can leave their children in the childcare zone. You can also reserve a court and play ricochet, squash or badminton – something for everyone.
The club is located opposite the “STAL” city stadium at Hetmańska Street. In about 8 minutes you can walk to the club from the Inwalidów Wojennych Park, and from the city center you can get in about 20 minutes, all the time driving down Hetmańska street.
